Policies & Procedures
Anyone entering the clinic must have a pre-booked appointment with the optical, their Optometrist, or therapist.

Anyone entering the clinic will be screened, have their temperature taken, and must sanitize their hands and don a mask. If you do not have a mask, we can provide one for you.

Please do not come up until your appointment time; if you arrive early, please wait outside or in your car.

Please do not bring any extra bags, food, etc into the clinic with you.

Please do not bring any extra people with you to your appointment, unless a support person or parent is required. We ask that only one parent accompany a child to their appointment.
